Ideal Beauty
The challenge of this project was to create a look based on your view of ideal beauty.
To me, ideal beauty is a concept created by society. It pressures women and men to want to conform to these standards in order to be considered 'beautiful'. We must deconstruct these ideals and reconstruct the view of ourselves in order to realize our own beauty.
The dress was made out of organic cotton and the cropped fringe top was a deconstructed sweater found at a local thrift shop.
